If you are a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 10 years of exposure to high value Corporate Commercial matters, and if your experience covers high-value and sophisticated corporate transactions with enterprise values of up to £100m, then this may be the perfect role for you.

The ideal candidate for this role will have exposure to advising on the acquisition and sale of companies, management buyouts, investments, restructuring, and corporate joint ventures. They will also have exposure to general commercial contracts, share schemes, and intellectual property, including copyright and trademark protection. As a senior solicitor, there will be an expectation to have had a long-term career based in Northamptonshire, with strong ties to the local area, a strong local network of connection, and potential for a decent following of clients.
