Job Details
A senior position has recently been created at a Legal 200 regional law firm for a Senior Associate or Partner (depending on level of experience) to join the Corporate Commercial department. The role is to purely advise clients on the full range of Commercial Law matters.
There is an established client base which is a broad brush of publicly listed companies to partnerships, start-ups and owner managed businesses across a range of sectors, including recruitment, healthcare and dental, travel, media, IT and technology, and financial services. These instruct the firm for their excellent drafting and negotiation skills for; commercial agreements, data protection, IP/IT, outsourcing, and franchising.
They are seeking a career driven Commercial Lawyer with at least 6 years post qualification with strong legal knowledge but also someone who is career driven as this position will progress to Partner and Head of Department level.
