Job Details

Fantastic opportunity at a mid tier firm in Warrington for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join this traditional practice and work in a low volume environment. Ideally you will have at least 3 years' PQE and have the ability to run your own caseload from inception to completion.

This firm will afford you the luxury of autonomy and you will be able to deal with your own caseload whilst having input on the type of files / clients you will deal with. There will also be secretarial support, face to face client contact and a low volume caseload. You will be able to work with clients from the local area and ensure they have the smoothest transaction possible. Whilst this is a senior role and you will need to be able to work unsupervised, this will initially be a stand alone position with the opportunity to help grow the department further. The senior management at this firm are very approachable and are always willing to give up their own time to support you in any way.

The caseload in place will consist of sales, purchase, remortgage, right to buy, new build properties, auction properties and shared ownership matters for both freehold & leasehold properties as well as registered and unregistered land matters.

This office is situated close to both local train stations as well as having local parking options available. Benefits for this role include flexi-time, work/life balance, social events, friendly work atmosphere and a traditional working environment. Salary will be based on experience and PQE level, however this firm are willing to offer in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 as well as a bonus scheme. For further information on this position please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for further information.
