Job Details
A rare opportunity has arisen with an award-winning Legal 500 firm at their Halifax office for a Court of Protection Solicitor.
The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will run COP Health and Welfare and community care files independently.
It would also be useful if the successful candidate has experience in mental health tribunal work and is a member of the Law Society's accreditation scheme. The department is growing and they are looking for someone to be able to build this area of work up.
The firm also has a well-established financial COP team, so you may be required to assist in this as well.
