The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into their flourishing Reading City Centre office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer or CILEX with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
