This defendant clinical negligence role will see you handle an interesting mix of high quality medical negligence work. The firm acts for a good mix of clients and is noted for having real depth in this area.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an clinical negligence lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. Ideally you will have defendant experience but applications are also invited from claimant lawyers. Applications are also invited from defendant insurance lawyers who have very strong academics and noted technical skills who have a genuine interest in retraining into clinical negligence.
