Job Details
A Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor role has emerged with a leading Legal 500 department based in their Kettering office.
Within their Kettering office this department has held Legal 500 recommendations consistently for many years. The department is seeking to appoint a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to manage a high value and complex caseload alongside some overseeing and management of their junior team.
Headed by a respected and recognised Legal 500 Partner, this department represent a multitude of SME, OMB and listed commercial clients. The ideal Lawyer will have exposure to high value commercial litigation caseload, ideally consisting of: shareholder disputes, breach of contract, professional negligence, corporate disputes, contractual disputes and insolvency and a desire or proven history within Real Estate Litigation would be very beneficial.
The role, based in Kettering, requires not only a strong Commercial Litigation Solicitor but also a proven Department Manager. Someone who can lead junior team members in their management of debt recoveries and adverse possessions work. You will ideally have 8 or more years' PQE in such work, with a leaning towards high value and complex processes.
In return, the firm offers a leading salary and benefits package with a budget more tailored towards a Partner level. The role allows genuine scope for leadership and requires someone who can assist the Partner in formulating the commercial direction of the business.
The top end of the advertised salary will be available for those who can show their value in all aspects of the role with a desire. Additionally, to work with the Business Development department in ensuring the continued growth and expansion of their commercial reach.
