Commercial Litigation Solicitor

CRA Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of an innovative and modern law firm based in Hull.

The firm are seeking a Solicitor to join their team, specialising in Commercial Dispute Resolution on a full time basis.

The ideal level of experience of the successful candidate would range between being newly qualified and of 5 years' PQE.

You would be joining a cutting-edge and award winning company, with a focus on embracing modern technology and innovative legal services.

The successful candidate will have a broad range of experience in dealing with commercial dispute matters, including shareholder and partnership matters, breaches of company administration requirements, insolvency law, breach of contract claims, IP, IT, professional negligence and fraud.
