This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Immigration Paralegal who would like to join a highly-recognised team of experts. The successful candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and passionate about immigration matters.

• Points based system applications, in particular Tier 1 and Tier 2
• Applications covering all aspects of the UK Immigration Rules
• Complex EEA applications
• Conducting and advising on credibility interviews
• Appeals to the First-tier Tribunal
• Discretionary leave and humanitarian protection applications
• Credibility interviews
• Online applications
• Administrative reviews

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from paralegals with a minimum of one year’s experience in immigration
• Fluency in Mandarin is expected
• Completion of the Legal Practice Course is essential for the role
• Good knowledge of the UK immigration rules and experience of family member and EEA applications is essential
