Job Details
This boutique Somerset-based practice is recruiting within their established commercial property team.
They seek an experienced commercial property solicitor with at least 2 years of experience.
Unusually, this firm does not operate to individual billing targets, but instead have a client-focused approach - which is very refreshing!
This role will be to advise on local and nationally based commercial property work. There may be the need from time to time to handle agricultural matters, which can become a very high value and complex!
You will join forces with an established partner, and there is genuine future partnership potential for the right candidate. There is already an abundance of work, so you will be kept busy with a varied and interesting caseload.
This role can be based in the beautiful Wells or Frome areas, and you will have a genuine work life balance that is so often unachievable in larger city based firms.
Excellent salary depending on experience.
