Resturcturing and Insolvency lawyer

LAW Absolute is working with a Global, Top 10 city law firm who are seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency lawyer to join them on an interim basis.

The successful candidate will be joining an award winning firm who advise banks, funds, stake holders, public bodies and financial advisors on financial restructurings and corporate insolvency cases.

This role is a non-contentious role and you will assist in; creating new contracts, payment plans and advising clients to achieve the best possible outcome for their business nationally and internationally.

To be successful in this role it is essential that:

• You hold excellent academics,
• Have a strong background in non contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency,
• Have worked at a top city or international law firm,
• You are available immediately or at short notice.
