Are you a corporate solicitor, qualified between 2016 and 2018 and seeking a corporate role in the Edinburgh market?

If you are, then this role can offer you the support and springboard you need to enjoy a corporate career with one of Scotland's leading firms.

QED Legal's client requires a solicitor with at least one year of PQE within a corporate department to continue the growth of their team. Whilst two trainee solicitors already working within the firm will qualify into the corporate team this year, key client wins in recent months have made it clear that a third, slightly more senior solicitor will be required.

You will take on the full spectrum of corporate matters, with a leaning towards M&A for a variety of private and public sector clients.

In addition to M&A and general corporate work you will gain exposure to private equity and corporate restructuring matters in a team renowned for their skills in these areas.

Roles of this type tend to not pop up that often this early in the calendar year and would be a fantastic role for any aspiring corporate solicitor to apply for.
