Talented Family and Civil Litigation Locum Lawyer sought for a highly-regarded firm in Oxfordshire for a one-month period.

Handling a mixed caseload consisting of family and civil litigation matters, the successful lawyer will cover this role for a one-month period and be available to start provisionally in February.

  • Claims in professional negligence
  • Dispute resolution
  • Debt recovery
  • Undertaking mediation and/or arbitration
  • Breach of contract
  • Divorce
  • Separation
  • TOLATA claims
  • Applying for injunctions and orders
  • Cohabitation disputes and agreements
  • Conducting own advocacy as required
The Candidate
  • Applications are welcomed from chartered legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of three years’ experience
  • Sound knowledge of all family and civil litigation matters
  • Be available to start provisionally in February
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload effectively
  • Keen eye for detail and a professional approach to your work
