Job Title: Senior Litigation Executive

Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Litigator to join a dynamic law firm in Lancashire, on a full time permanent basis.
This role would ideally suit candidates looking to progress their career, with a team of forward thinking, personal injury specialists.
Main aspects of the role:
- Dealing with all aspects of Personal Injury, including RTA and EL/PL
- Handling their own caseload of fast track files from inception to completion
- Working on mostly litigated claims of all values
- Updating case management system
- Negotiating settlements
Previous experience in other areas of litigation including industrial disease and clinical negligence would be beneficial but are not essential.
