A well established Legal 500 ranked firm based in Altrincham is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their Contentious Probate team. 
 
The role has arisen due to continued growth in the dispute resolution team, and as the Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will work alongside several other Solicitors who specialise in probate litigation matters with a focus on will disputes, estate disputes, trust disputes, and Court of Protection disputes.

The team are Legal 500 ranked, members of the Northern Contentious Probate Group, and ACTAPS.

You will likely be a qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor (NQ-5 years' PQE) with experience in IPFDA claims, validity challenges, removal of executors, construction applications, and claims for proprietary estoppel. Alternatively, those with broader commercial litigation experience looking to specialise in contentious probate are also encouraged to apply.
 
You will need to demonstrate an ability to develop strong technical skills and client relationships. You will have excellent academics and be working within an established and well-regarded firm.
