Job Details
A brand new position has arisen at a leading regional practice within its growing Property Litigation department in Bath. Working alongside the Head of Department, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Commercial and Residential Property Litigation matters, to include dilapidation claims, landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, boundary disputes, co-ownership disputes and leasehold enfranchisement matters etc.
