The role

The firm are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join the firms Manchester office.

You will have a caseload consisting of Residential property, which will include; Sales and Purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, Transfers of equities, Landlord and tenant and Commercial Leases. This will be a hands-on role, where you will also have an opportunity to get involved in client facing work and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• You will have a minimum of 12 months in a Conveyancing Paralegal role
• You will have completed the LPC
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You will be proactive and be able to work with minimal supervision
• Salary is up to negotiable, plus an excellent benefits package
