Legal 500 practice in London seeks a Property and Insolvency Litigation Solicitor on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Property and Insolvency Litigation Solicitor to join a specialist team located in London. Acting for clients including developers, landlords and tenants, commercial PLCs and individuals, the successful solicitor will manage a complex and varied caseload, delivering high-quality advice on all aspects of property and insolvency litigation.

Responsibilities
• Disputes regarding restrictive covenants
• Insolvency
• Boundary disputes
• Dilapidations and adverse possession
• Trespass and nuisance claims
• Rights of way and light
• Landlord and tenant lease renewal work
• Mortgage repossessions
• Development and funding agreements
• Service charges and rent recovery
• Meeting and exceeding firm set targets
• Conducting advocacy as required
• Participation in business development activities

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with a minimum of one years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in property and insolvency litigation is essential for this role
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and client care skills
• Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work individually under your own initiative
• A confident negotiator and advocate
• Has a desire for professional development
