Modern and Lexcel accredited practice in South-East London is seeking a motivated Private Family Lawyer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a client-orientated, fast-growing law firm on a permanent and full-time basis. Working closely with other fee earners within the team, the ideal candidate will be able to handle a diverse caseload consisting of private family matters and work well under minimum supervision. The role is based at the firm’s Orpington office with some possible travel to other offices of the firm.

• Privately funded matters
• Divorce and separation
• Mediation
• Post and pre-nuptial agreements
• Financial matters and proceedings following divorce or separation
• Private law children matters
• Cohabitation agreements
• Keeping up to date with current legislation

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors and legal executives at all levels with a minimum of two years’ PQE in family matters
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
• Having a consistent billing history would be advantageous
• With excellent communication skills, you will excel in client care

They are staffed with a dedicated team of experienced lawyers and support staff who pride themselves on delivering tailored services to suit individual client needs.
