The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor into their Guildford, office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The firm has a loyal client base, the company commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

This role will present an excellent level of exposure and offers great prospects for career progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least one years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of PQE)
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• Good communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable and dependent on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
