Commercial Solicitor

Commercial Solicitor - A partner led commercial team in Hampshire has a requirement for a commercial solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience. The commercial team act for an impressive range of clients on a local and regional basis, as part of continued growth under the guidance of a well respected, approachable and highly commercially minded leader now require a forward thinking, motivated and enthusiastic commercial solicitor. The successful commercial solicitor will join a commercial team undertaking a wide range of work advising on contracts, commercial agreements, business sales/purchases, shareholder agreements, partnerships, company formations, intellectual property and distribution agreements. This role may also suit a solicitor or legal counsel working in-house but looking to advise a wide range of clients with full client interaction.
