Residential Conveyancer
Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, Wigan
A great high street practice with a couple of offices in and around Wigan are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive). This firm prides itself on offering a high standard service in a reliable and timely fashion to corporate and private clients akin. This role is ideal for a Licensed conveyancer or a Residential Conveyancer who can confidently run a busy caseload.
As part of the residential conveyancing property team in Wigan, you will be tasked with handling a caseload from inception through to completion to include title checks. The caseload is likely to consist of:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Shared ownerships
* Leasehold flats
* New builds and plot sales
* Remortgaging and transfers of equity
You will need to confidently managing a caseload independently with little support and supervision and be able to work in a dynamic and professional environment. The ability to manage your own title checks is essential.
