The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join the firms Camberley, Surrey office.

Real Estate is a core area for the firm, they have an outstanding reputation and often punch well above their weight. The department has experienced substantial growth in recent years due an influx of new work and clients.

The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have first-class communication and drafting skills
