The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor to join the firms Wokingham, Berkshire office.

The Corporate Commercial department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased work flow.

The caseload will be broad, this variety will make for an interesting role. You can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of commercial law matters, often high value and / or cross border in nature.

The role will involve extensive client contact and project management. You will get a high level of client contact, you will work closely with experienced Lawyers giving you an excellent level of exposure.

Requirements

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have first-class communication and drafting skills
• Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus an excellent benefits package
