Award winning highly reputable law firm are looking for an experienced ambitious corporate/commercial solicitor with over 4PQE to deal with a varied and wide ranging caseload including corporate start-ups, financing arrangements and mergers and acquisitions, working for individuals, SMEs, larger companies, partnerships, charities and sporting clubs and governing bodies, including The Premier League. Fantastic opportunity - work/life balance on offer. Salary given as a guide only will be dependant on experience to date.
