We are seeking two experienced lawyers to join our professionals regulation team, delivering high quality oral and written advocacy as well as providing support to our investigative teams

Salary: circa £50,000
Location: Canary Wharf, London
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive contribution to a dynamic, forward-thinking and successful team. As well as delivering high quality oral and written advocacy, you will provide support, guidance and advice to team members about fitness to practise cases and broader regulatory issues.
The role, although primarily focussed on advocacy and case presentation within the GPhC’s fitness to practise process, is varied - our lawyers have recently appeared in Magistrates Courts and County Courts.
The successful applicants will:
- be a qualified solicitor or barrister
- have a strong track record of tribunal advocacy
- have experience of successfully managing their own caseload, plus have a high level of skill and experience in both case investigation and the construction of cases for hearings
