Criminal and Civil Litigation Lawyer
Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a small and friendly local authority based in the East Midlands.
The successful Litigation Solicitor will take on a mixed civil and criminal litigation caseload, as well as a range of prosecutions matters. The workload may include:
- Abandoned vehicles
- Food safety
- Anti-social behaviour matters
The successful Litigation Lawyer will also be required to conduct their own advocacy at court.
The role will begin on a 3 month basis, with the strong possibility of it being extended beyond that.
While previous experience working within local government is desirable, qualified solicitors from a private practice background will be considered.
