Your new role

You will be working as a court of protection paralegal, assisting the senior solicitors in regards to the documents accompanying the decision making. You will attend to and take notes in client meetings and action the matters which arise. You will draft certain documents and take part in researching. Along with this, you will get the opportunity to attend courts with solicitors/counsel and send Court of Protection applications.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you must have at least one year's experience as a paralegal in Court of Protection, Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury work. You will either of assisted a senior lawyer or managed your own caseload before. Claimant experience preferable. You must also have completed the law degree and have a keen interest to pursue a career in law.
