Agriculture and Rural Property Solicitor 4 years + PQE - Wiltshire.
Renowned and fastest growing independent law firm are looking to recruit an Agriculture and Rural Property Solicitor into one of their highly successful offices in Wiltshire. This firm offers an array of services for both businesses and individual clients. They currently employ over 200 members of staff which includes 80 lawyers and 40 partners who are responsible for many household brand names both nationally and internationally.
The role will require the successful candidate to work on a varied caseload which will include; sale and purchase of farms and other rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, equestrian properties, sporting leases.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a law firm managing and maintaining their own case load and generate work. Further to this the candidate will be required to take an active role in business development and management.
