A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adult Care Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team within a local authority based in the East Midlands. This role will fall outside of IR35 and offers flexibility with home working and condensed hours.

The successful candidate for the Adult Care Lawyer role will be dealing with a range of matters including:

  • Court of protection caseload
  • Mental health act matters
  • Attending tribunals
  • Deprivation of liberty matters
  • Advice on community care
  • Judicial review proceedings

This contract will begin on a 4 month basis with a strong possibility of the role continuing beyond that.
