This is an exciting time to be joining a specialist property firm near the City of London as a NQ Conveyancing Solicitor. The firm have gone from strength to strength and are looking to add to their workforce. 
 
As property specialists they have been able to grow over the past few years due to the quality of the work they do. They cover many areas from conveyancing through to real estate development and property litigation.
 
The opportunity has now arisen to join this firm in their central London offices. You will be required to manage your own caseload and will have the assistance of a paralegal who will be under your management. The role will include residential conveyancing, freehold and leasehold, document creation, processing contracts, title deeds from the land registry and advising clients.
 
The ideal candidate will be 

• Newly qualified
• Experienced in conveyancing (residential and commercial). Experience in Litigation, Family, and Probate will also be advantageous. 
• Able to manage your own time
• A strong team player ideally with supervisory experience
