Job Details
A leading national Legal 100 firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor as part of its strategic growth within its successful Real Estate team.
You will be based in their strong team in Northampton, as a stand-alone service for the firm out of the area, working closely with their Legal 100 wider Real Estate team.
You will liaise closely with the Partners in other offices on work for some of the biggest names in the retail, office, automotive, and industrial sectors.
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 years of PQE will have solid experience of acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, portfolio management, and development work.
The role will see you act for market-leading clients on major projects in the UK and Europe. You should have a strong technical background which you will have gained from a leading London or top tier regional practice. The firm can offer a leading regional salary with agile working available to all staff.
