There is an outstanding opportunity with a high profile Lincolnshire firm for an Employment Solicitor to join its ranks.
 
The firm is an award-winning, Chambers rated firm, who offer genuine progression and career plans for their staff.
 
This role would appeal to someone with upwards of 3 years of experience, as you will have your own caseload of respondent and claimant files to run and you will be the "go-to" person within the team, capable of nurturing clients, winning new instructions via word of mouth and promoting the firm's name through networking activities.

You will have a real passion for Employment Law, and possess a strong skill set. Research, drafting and negotiating skills are paramount, as is an ability to approach problems in a commercially-minded way.
 
You should have experience of both contentious and non-contentious cases including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, TUPE transfers, business restructuring/redundancies, settlement agreements, company policies and procedures, dismissal and contractual issues.
 
You should have strong organisational, negotiation, and communication skills. You should also have the desire to make a real name for yourself in the market.
