Inhouse Markets Lawyer
An inhouse Markets Lawyer is required to join a busy legal team based in Central London. You will have 1 - 5 years PQE with previous experience at a top international law firm.
This role would suit a Lawyer looking for to step into an inhouse position with a leading multinational European bank.
The legal team based in London are looking for a Lawyer who can provide English law advice to the Corporate & Investment Banking Division.
The role will be a great inhouse platform any lawyers with a private practice background and experience in all/any of these areas: Debt Capital Markets/Derivatives/Structured Products/Fixed Income.
Responsibilities will include:
Handle all the legal aspects of complex Debt Capital Markets Transactions.
Advise on contracts related to (but not limited to) derivatives, fixed income and structured products including ISDA confirmations, prospectuses, final terms, distribution agreements and confidentiality agreements
Review, draft and negotiate master agreements including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA and CSA.
Analyse and advice to the business on all relevant regulatory matters including MiFID II, BMR, EMIR, BRRD and Prospectus Regulations
Advise on UK Legislation and Statutory Instruments
Ensure Contracts remain in Compliance with UK Law and Regulation
Review of lending documentation i.e. LMA credit facilities and security documents
