The opportunity

They are looking for an experienced individual to join them as a personal injury lawyer in their successful National Fast Track Centre in Sheffield, servicing clients across the country on all types of personal injury accident claims.  Their team of dedicated and collaborative professionals, use the law to secure justice for people who have suffered personal injury.  If you are adept at using tactics to create robust legal arguments to achieve the best possible results for your clients and want to develop your expertise in personal injury litigation, this role would suit you perfectly.

The role

The role will involve managing a caseload of Fast-Track cases which include Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.  Specifically you will be: investigating liability; assessing the strengths of a claim; gathering liability, causation and quantum evidence; liaising with clients, defendants, insurers, employers, witnesses, medical experts and the police; valuing claims; and negotiating settlements (in liability admitted cases).
