Job Details

A leading legal 500 firm in Cardiff are looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor to join their busy Employment team.

Employment Law department deals with a full range of employment law issues, including providing day to day advice to employers, corporate and commercial support, training as well as employment tribunal litigation.

Reporting to the Head of Department, the role will include responsibility for a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious work with minimum supervision including advising employers/employees on a range of matters including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, TUPE transfers, business restructuring/redundancies, settlement agreements, company policies and procedures, dismissals and contractual issues.

The successful candidate will preferably have between 3 - 6 years PQE experience and have experience of conducting advocacy. It also is desirable that the successful candidate is a fluent Welsh speaker.
