You will have the opportunity to manage and motivate staff, who will go on to achieve high operational, financial, people and client service performance.

The role requires a lead with experience in coordinating team resources, training and communicating best practice for case handling, to help optimise both efficiency and cost. Provide supervision, guidance and development to the Supervisors/Team Managers in the National Litigation Unit to ensure organised, client focused, cost effective and efficient service delivery.
