Our client continues to go from strength to strength with an array of recent awards and exciting development plans for 2019. They are a market leading legal 500 firm with a local and national presence who now seek to cement the commercial property team with a senior appointment.
 
The department consists of specialist, dedicated commercial property lawyers who boast a number of well-known and long-standing clients. They deal with the full range of commercial property related matters with particular emphasis on sales and purchases of commercial property across a wide range of sectors such as retail and offices. 
 
The role involves conducting your own workload as a fee earner on a wide range of development matters, sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant and secured lending matters. You will be working as part of a collaborative and team-orientated environment. 
  
To be considered for this Manchester-based Commercial Property Solicitor role you will need to have a strong academic profile and good training within a reputable commercial property team. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and progression for an enthusiastic solicitor with a flexible approach.
