Job Details
A Corporate/Commercial Solicitor role has arisen with a Legal 500 listed law firm in Shropshire. This opportunity would suit a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor looking to relocate to Shropshire or somebody living in Shropshire but currently travelling to Birmingham, looking to shorten their commute. With this Corporate/Commercial Solicitor role, you will still maintain city centre quality work!
As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor, you will join a market leading practice with a network of offices across the Shropshire region. You will work closely with other members of the department on more complex transactions with plenty of support from senior, highly experienced members of the team as well as running your own caseload of matters. You will touch upon matters to include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, and joint ventures, shareholder exits along with commercial agreements such as client/agency agreements, cooperation agreements, strategic alliances, partnerships and technology licences.
This fantastic Legal 500 firm that really does value work/life balance offering flexible working hours or flexible days! They are looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with around NQ–5 years of post qualification experience to join their reputable department. More experienced candidates will be considered so nobody with the right experience is discouraged from applying.
You will work in a collegiate, tight-knit, open planned offices where people are always on hand to help. To be considered for this corporate/commercial solicitor role you must have a background of experience in the above along with a strong academic track record and ideally experience with owner-managed companies.
