Corporate Commercial Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a Legal 500, multi-office, award-winning, leading firm who have an outstanding reputation for its professional work and personal approach with clients which is based on a longstanding commitment to the highest levels of courtesy and service.
You will be joining a thriving corporate team who provide expert guidance, have a wealth of experience and are able to meet the wide ranging needs of its clients.
Responsibilities:
- As the Corporate Solicitor, you will undertake a broad mix of corporate work such as M&A, take-overs, commercial agreements, corporate governance, corporate finance, private equity joint ventures and all general corporate work
Requirements:
- You will have 2+ years pqe, but all applicants will be encouraged to apply if you feel you meet the relevant criteria
- You will be used to dealing with your own caseload of corporate work
- Excellent client care skills
- Enjoy marketing, networking and business development
