The role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire office.

You will work as part of a small commercial property team out of the firms Hoddesdon office, the plan is to slowly take over from a senior solicitor as they work towards retirement, this is a really good opportunity to take over a busy and very active caseload.

There will be real variety to the caseload making for a more interesting role. You will deal across a variety of industry sectors and the caseload will include; Development, Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases and Landlord and tenant.

Due to the firm's growth plans and size of department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will deal with a high-quality caseload of commercial property work
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is negotiable and dependent depending on your level of experience
