The role

The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their flourishing Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire office.

You will work as part of a family team out of the firms Hoddesdon office, the plan is to slowly take over from a senior solicitor as they work towards retirement, this is a really good opportunity to take over a busy and very active caseload.

The range of Family work will range from; divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial proceedings relating to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, all private children issues, including financial applications (Schedule 1), prenuptial agreements and pre-civil-partner agreements, advice for unmarried families, international aspects of separation and divorce, domestic violence and protection from abuse, and injunctions.

Due to the firm's growth plans and size of department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will deal with a high-quality caseload of conveyancing work
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is negotiable and dependent depending on your level of experience
