Family Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working on behalf of a reputable Buckinghamshire based law firm, who are seeking a Family Lawyer for six months to start in August.

The successful Family Lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload including but not limited to:

- Divorce proceedings,

- Separation,

- Matrimonial financial matters,

- Pre-nuptial agreements,

- Ancillary relief and,

- Cohabitation orders.

The successful candidate will need to have a current practising certificate and a previous track record of working within this legal discipline. Secretarial support is available.  It is essential that you possess good communication and client facing skills. You will need to be available to commit to the full duration of the role from August.
