Job Details

A long established large regional law firm are looking to recruit an employment lawyer to their team.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a caseload advising on the full range of mainly respondent employment law matters, both contentious and non contentious, including TUPE, employment contracts, redundancy procedures, HR support, business immigration and employment law disputes.

The department enjoys an excellent reputation in this area of law and attracts a regular flow of excellent quality work into the firm from an impressive client base across a broad range of sectors.

The successful candidate will have a background of working in the area of employment law at a city, national or large regional practice. It is likely that you will able to demonstrate at least 3 years experience in dealing with this type of work

Working closely with other colleagues within the commercial teams you will become a key figure in maintaining existing relationships as well as developing new ones. You can expect to enjoy brilliant progression prospects within a firm that takes pride in their approach to staff development and the progression they can offer.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be extremely competitive and as part of an excellent overall package.
