Locum Family Lawyer

Our client a small private practice based in Cheshire requires Family Law Locum to join their team on an interim basis for two – four days per-week. Our client is anticipating needing cover for one month initially, but this may extend.

The successful candidate will be working alongside other fee earners within the department, with responsibility for running their own caseload.

Day to day duties:

• Dealing with divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation agreements and children
• Meeting with clients and attending court
• Assisting other fee earners in the department

The ideal candidate will have previous experience running a busy family law caseload within private practice. Although a formal legal qualification is desirable this is not essential and so all interested candidates should apply. Any additional experience candidates that have experience within wills & probate would be an added bonus.
