A great opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join an award-winning, cutting-edge firm in its East Yorkshire office.

Our client has been growing at an impressive yet sustainable rate and has experienced an influx of Commercial Litigation work. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for top-quality work within a unique and innovative firm.
In this role, you will be working both autonomously and as part of the wider team, handling a vast array of commercial litigation matters including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, professional negligence, fraud, data protection and intellectual property. There will also be opportunity to deal with non-contentious matters as and when required.

The firm boasts an impressive client base, ranging from OMBs to PLCs and some claims are extremely complex, and require solicitors to be appointed in other jurisdictions. Some of the cases are also high-profile and receive media attention.

Our client is ideally looking for a hardworking and committed commercial litigation solicitor who is prepared to deliver first class service at all times. Candidates from NQ to 5 years' PQE would be ideal, but this is given purely as a guideline and candidates that fall outside of this bracket are encouraged to apply.
