Commercial & technology lawyer sought by Liverpool law firm with a genuinely unique approach.

Your new role
This commercial and technology role will involve you advising on commercial contracts, including procurement, distribution and outsourcing contracts. You will also be involved in advising on technology contracts including software licences as well as development and system implementations. This commercial role will see you negotiate and advise on telecoms contracts and regulation, data protection, as well as E-commerce and consumer regulation. There will also be exposure to gaming matters and inward investment. This commercial role will also involve an element of corporate support including due diligence and transitional services agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a commercial and technology lawyer with 4+ years' pqe. You will have a strong technical background, be a good team player and be able to provide pragmatic, commercially focused solutions for your clients that enables them to manage their risk in an informed manner.
