Associate solicitor or partner sought on a permanent basis to play a key role in the continued growth of a City based litigation team.

Able to hit the ground running, the successful solicitor or partner will utilise their skills and expertise to generate work from their following or contacts alongside managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.

• Professional negligence
• Shareholder and director disputes
• Debt recovery
• Negligent and fraudulent misrepresentation
• Multi-party disputes
• Insolvency and bankruptcy
• Property disputes
• Injunctive remedies
• Enforcement proceedings
• Conducting own advocacy as required
• Mediation and arbitration

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors and partners with a minimum of five years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation will be essential
• Has a following of clients or strong contacts in the market to bring with them to a new practice
• Possesses strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Has an aptitude for business development and marketing
