The vast majority of their Solicitors and Partners originate from Top 20 practices, where they worked up to Partner level, although some are also home grown, working their way up from Paralegal, to Trainee, to Solicitor. The Firm

The firm has a deep and expansive knowledge of the private equity, EIS and VCT sectors, providing services to venture capitalists, well established fund managers, startup investment companies and SMEs. They have exceptional experience of M&A, private equity and transactional work which has synergy with their focus on tax efficient investments.

The firm operate across sectors including: tax reliefs, media, property, technology and more, advising on public/private fund raisings, takeovers and mergers, join ventures, investment funds and much more.

The Role

Because the firm is handling so much HNW work, they are looking for a Tax Paralegal for their City of London office.

You will have a hands on and expansive role in the firm. They are small enough still that you will have a holistic experience, learning directly from and working with industry leading Tax Lawyers. The work they deal with is exceptionally interesting, high value and complex. This would be the perfect role for a Tax Paralegal with several years' experience who can hit the ground running and is looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity to deepen their knowledge and progress their career.

They have an excellent culture; you will be a valued member of the team. They do offer progression prospects; some of their current Solicitors are home grown. However, you will need to prove yourself.

Requirements

· You will be a Tax Paralegal (2+ years' experience)
· You will have experience in a range of Tax Law matters/sectors
· You will come across well
· You will ideally also have some Corporate Law experience
