Sacco Mann's client is a law firm with nearly 100 years' experience, currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their highly successful team in Manchester.
The firm are recognised as one of the UK's leading teams within the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. They have a friendly working environment, with an aim to ensure a good work / life balance for their staff.
The role of Clinical Negligence Solicitor is ideal for a newly qualified lawyer who has at least 2 years' of case handling experience. You will be advising on a range of fast track clinical negligence claims up to a value of £25,000. Throughout your work you will be able to show empathy, understanding and provide a personable legal service in a professional manner.
Prior knowledge of personal injury/clinical negligence and the civil litigation process is vital. You are required to have excellent prioritisation skills, and have a fantastic attention to detail.
